  Saturday 17th of March 2018 and I went straight to the restaurant when I came back to Irai Safari Retreat – Resort at Tadoba. They brought tea and a pot with the Cumin Potato. Also a wooden casserole full of Roti bread. Last breakfast at Irai Safari Retreat and it was yet again an excellent meal. II had some nice Indian food in the restaurant, but it had been very hot. Fried rice and they had mixed chopped chilli in the rice. Seriously, why?  Breakfast
The chilli only add pain and does nothing for the taste. Curry is very spicy, but it is a spicy “curry flavour” I have had Thai friends complaining about my spicy curry. - You don't eat spicy food??!! - I like a spicy flavour. Anyway, my friend bought a bucket of curry powder and every time we cooked at his house he added curry, Aladdin style. Curry and dill, that is what I brought to his kitchen. I left the restaurant and I had about one hour to kill in my room before it was time to leave. I spotted a beautiful Laughing Dove outside my tent, yet another bird to add to my list of observed birds. It was a beautiful dove with a glossy plumage in the sunshine.   Laughing Dove

I called the reception and they sent a “veichle” to pick up my bag. We were soon in the reception and the car was waiting. I said good bye to the staff when we had loaded the car and we could take of towards Nagpur and my flight to Kolkata. I had a Pepsi MAX and I was enjoying myself in the back seat watching the landscape passing by outside the window. We passed a owl sitting on the wire and I spotted a Black-winged Kite sitting in a tree. But I never bothered to stop, now I just want to get back to Kolkata. I was worried about my planned visit to the Botanical Garden tomorrow. They say it is bad weather in Kolkata as well. But we have sun here today and I will  hopefully be able to visit the Botanical Garden tomorrow.

 Well, the average speed is not very high
The road, well, it is not a road, it is a dust path leaving Tadoba going to the highway and it took us about 2 hour to reach the highway. Average speed, not much more than ZERO. But it was not boring, always something going on outside the window. We stop for tea when we reach the highway. I spot a few wagons pulled by oxen coming down the highway. Of course, I take a few pictures. WHAT WAS THAT?! A Black-winged Kite landed in the tree a little bit up the road and I went to see if I could see the bird. I was looking for the birds when they called me, time to continue and we were soon on the way to the airport in Nagpur where we expect to be around 3 o'clock.     The high way was OK and very light traffic. But it took us almost 90 minutes to reach the airport. The driver kept about 70km/h. And yes, it felt very slow on the highway, but I like it. Riding a taxi in Thailand and I'm scared. 70 is a good speed and we could enjoy the landscape. Nagpur, I was not sure that I had been here before but when I stepped in to the airport I recognised the airport. I had been flying from here to Bombay back in 2016. By car from Kana with a stop at Radisson to kill time and having dinner before going to the airport. Anyway, it was nice when we finally rolled up at Nagpur Airport. The flight was nothing I was looking forward to, but to have a shower at the hotel in Kolkata is something I look forward to.  At Nagpur Airport
3 hours until departure, so I will have to kill some time here at the airport. And I remember from the last time that Nagpur Airport must be the most boring airport in India.
