No training gear and we went to Sweeter Day to have lunch. I was surprised, a really nice restaurant. Thai fusion food and the best mango sticky rice I have ever had. OK, they served the mango BEFORE the salmon spaghetti. A little strange, but the food was very good. And I was full, and full of agony when we left. I had have way too much to eat. So we will really have to kick arses on the training session tomorrow.    +++++++++++++++
Saturday 27th of May 2017 and I took a taxi to the gym out in Ram Intra. I was a wee bit late as I had went back to bed after my morning tea. A 40 minutes power nap turned into 2 hours of sleep. I sent a picture on line to let my friend know that I was on my way sitting in the taxi.
   Took about 40 minutes to get to Chaiyasit Muay Thai Gym. I have not exercised for a long time now and I was kind of looking forward to it. I had brought my gloves and shoes and my plan is to keep them at the Chaiyasit Muay Thai Gym. No need to walk around looking like a tw*t with the shoes and gloves around the neck. I think I'm on to something good here. And to improve my condition before the Humpback whale swim on Tonga.

When we finished the exercise we went to buy fruit. I bought fruit to last me for a few days. And when we left the supermarket we stopped to buy fresh durian. You always get the full song and dance on how good and tasty that fruit is. I think I have tried it before, and I had obviously not been impressed as I never bought it again. But ปีศาจแดง and his son went on and on. I just had to try and we stopped at a pick-up selling durian from the back. The road was full of pick-ups selling durian and pineapple. And yes, as I remembered it, it was not any tasty fruit, never mind how much ปีศาจแดง and his son tried to convince me how good it was. Back home to make a fruit salad it was and as we ran in to some flooding it took me 2 hours ++ to get back home. If this is how it is in May, how will it be in October then? Coming home, I don't know, maybe inspired by the exercise. But I decided to make a big box of fruit salad. Then I will keep it in the fridge and I have fruit salad readily available. I always make a big bowl, but as I cannot close the owl I need to finish the salad in ONE GO! The box was to big for the fridge so I had to remove some shelves. I also made a box of “TUNA & ONION SURPRISE” ® so this is readily available. My problem is that, well, sometimes I just don't feel like chopping onions and open tuna cans so I go to the restaurant. But now I hope  to be able to skip eating at restaurants.

Sunday 1th of May 2017 and I was off early to Chaiyasit Muay Thai Gym as I will go to Bangkok Slot Car Club in the afternoon. Today we had a lot of people exercising and I took a taxi back home. But ปีศาจแดง talked me in to coming back on the phone and I asked the driver to turn around. And I was really happy that I went back to get some exercise.
