  Sunday 28th of May 2016 and as I had not been at Bangkok Slot Car Club for a very long time I had a little difficulties to find it. I entered the wrong Soi. When I finally arrived I had to ask them for taxi money as the driver could not break a 1000 Baht not. Off to buy 2 MAX to get change for the guy. When I stepped inside I noticed that they had rebuilt the track and now it looked much better. And I was eager to get my racers in to the slot.  New track

   Slot car racing and good company and the Sunday afternoon disappeared in a jiff. I really can recommend a visit to Bangkok Slot Car Club for a few laps and a chat. It had been a good day, but it ended very badly. I passed New Cowboy Restaurant on Soi 22 on my way home. I asked the taxi driver to stop. Yeah, why not? 5 thirty in the afternoon and when I'm in the area I can as well have the best breakfast in Bangkok. And they still have the tea pot I bought them a few years ago, so it was a good breakfast.  Best breakfast in Bangkok
After the breakfast at New Cowboy I decided to get serious with my diet. I came up with a pretty smart idea. I buy fruit at MAX Value close to the Chaiyasit Muay Thai Gym. I buy fruit and tuna/ onions for 4 days. Then I do 2 boxes with food. One box with “TUNA & ONION SURPRISE” ® and a big box of fruit salad. So now I will  hopefully never have to go to a restaurant again. Now I don't need to make any food, just to open a box while waiting for tea. The problem is to look forward to making a “TUNA & ONION SURPRISE” ® when hungry and I dash off to a restaurant.

Well, finishing school Tuesday evening and I went to the Argentinian restaurant on Soi 19. But they had redecorated and my seat at the bar was gone. They had moved the whole bar and it was now in the middle of the restaurant. Nothing for me and I left and I walked back home for some fruit salad and tea. And I was quite happy that I had skipped the restaurant. Boxing every day and I have booked a trip to Chiang Mai and the Doi Inthanon National Park for a few days of birding. The only thing I'm worried about is my diet while in Chiang Mai. But I will do my best. I was with my friend to eat Japanese food after our training session and this was a huge set-back for my diet. But I bought an onion chopper so from now on... Coming home in the evening and I tried my new onion-chopper first thing and now I have “TUNA & ONION SURPRISE” ® until it is time to leave for Chiang Mai.  “TUNA & ONION SURPRISE” ® in the making
