Saturday 17th of March 2012 and I left for my flight quarter past 3 and we boarded the flight 20 minutes before 4 o'clock. They told me that the flight was “ALMOST” full so I was pleasantly  surprised when the seat next to me was empty.
I was also pleasantly surprised when the Steward went to get me a beer before take-off. DARN! I forgot to tell him what kind of beer I wanted. I  was really hoping for them to bring a good beer.  Hopefully not a Singha or Chang. Well, they brought me a Singha and I was pleasantly surprised again, the beer didn't taste all that bad.
We left Singapore and as soon as they turned off the seatbelt sign they arrived with the drinks. They had Heineken,  Singha and Chang beer. Of course, I asked if they had Tiger beer. Well, I had to have a Heineken with ice.
They were soon coming around with the food, salmon to start with and I had duck for main course. When they came around with the cake car I told them that I was on diet. - But please, bring a Heineken with ice It took us about 2 hours from Singapore to Bangkok and it was a pleasant flight, as always with Thai Airways. I picked up my luggage and it was no problem to get through the custom with my snus. I had booked a car with AOT at the luggage claim area so I got a guy to help me with the luggage as soon as I  had passed through the immigration.
I told them that I needed to stop at 7 Eleven first and we walked to 7 Eleven and they have a 7 Eleven on the arrival level.  Back in the days we had to take the escalator to reach the 7 Eleven. No Tiger beer at 7 Eleven so  we walked next door to Family Mart and I bought 2 Tiger beer and some hangover milk.
It was nice to finally step inside my door with my luggage. I don't know if it was the jet lag or motion sicknes from the taxi ride back home. But I felt asleep on top of my bed. +++++++++++++++
Sunday 18th of March 2012 and I woke up around 7 o'clock and I was watching hangover DVDs until 3 o'clock. I went to Big Mamas Pizzeria for a smoked salmon pizza before I took a taxi to  Emporium. I bought my SAMSUNG TV and they will deliver the TV and home cinema system on the 21st.
I walked to Robinson and I bought onion, milk and all their Pumpernickel before I returned home to my hangover DVDs. I remembered that I needed some protein powder so I bought a jar before going to look for a taxi. Now I have everything to get back to my daily boxing and my old diet. Onion

Monday 19th of March 2012 and my alarm went off at 9 and I was out of bed 20 minutes later. I watched the news for a while before I was getting out in the kitchen for my tea and tuna.

I had been at Washington Square yesterday, I thought I saw my Teacher when I passed in the taxi on my way to Emporium. But they had been moved to Sukhumvit Soi 39 since 1st of March. So I  left my apartment after my morning tea and I walked to Sukhumvit Soi 30 and I was soon finding Chakrit Muay Thai School.
And I was pleasantly surprised, the place looked very nice. What a change from the nasty place at Washington Square. Yeah, I decided to skip my sessions at Chakrit and I started at Sophia  Muay Thai Gym instead. Much cleaner and nicer. But Soi 39 was a fresh experience so I will have 3 different Muay Thai gyms from  now on. At least for as long they manage to keep it clean and tidy.   Well, I have not done one single push up or sit up since last time in Bangkok. So I decided to make it a slow start. 4 rounds with the pads and 1 and a half round of easy sparring. I don't want to have too much pain tomorrow morning when I get out of bed. And I have planned for a session at Bangkok Fight Club tonight as well.

   It was fun to be back at the boxing club and I will be back tomorrow. But this time I will make it a slow start, not like when I started back in 2011. I could hardly get out of bed in the morning. This   is how it is to get old.
I walked back home and the Garbage Police are on STAND-BY, ready to jump on any littering tourist. And we can see that they have a grey trash bin stand-by next to them. I'm sure this is the only trash bin on Sukhumvit If they are so concerned about littering there should be trash bins along the streets, like they have in Singapore. But of course, in Singapore they do it because they want to keep the city clean. Here it  is because they want money from littering tourists.
My friend called when I was back home and he wanted do go for something to eat. I suggested  Scan Deli.
- They might have semlor! I suggested We were going to meet there at 3 thirty and I decided to skip my evening session at Bangkok Fight Club. My friend called after 5 minutes, he had visited Scan Deli's web page and they were closed. 
This was of course a set-back, who will deliver smoked salmon to my place now? Well, I really hope they open up the restaurant again, very soon! I left for Bangkok Fight Club 20 minutes after 6 o'clock. I left early because I had planned to stop at Sophia Muay Thai Gym to see when they have time for me. But my Teacher was not there so I  continued to Bangkok Fight Club. No sign off any one when I arrived. Well, I was early.
There was a guy sitting on the step drinking beer outside the building. He asked if I wanted him to open the door for me. I thought it was strange, drinking beer and then go to Bangkok Fight Club, but it turned out that he was working  at the office above Bangkok Fight Club. But I don't know if it was because I carried my boxing gloves or if it was because he recognised me.
We were talking while I waited for the Teacher and the other students. Nothing much happened, there was a beautiful girl passing us and at 7 there was a French girl arriving. She had met the owner yesterday and she was here to check out Bangkok Fight Club. And if she likes it she might start to train with us.  A beautiful girl passing us outside Bangkok Fight Club
I left Bangkok Fight Club 5 or 10 minutes past 7, no sign of any Teacher or students so I walked back home. I made one more try at Sophia Muay Thai Club. My Teacher was not there but the  Security guard was obviously getting a message through to him because I had a missed call from my Teacher when I came back home.
So I will be at Sophia Muay Thai Gym on Thursday for a session 3 o'clock in the afternoon. So my plan is to do Sophia Muay Thai Gym 3 days per week and Chakrit Muay Thai School 2 or 3 days per week. And of course, Bangkok Fight Club 5 days per week. So what to kill the night with, I'm back on my “TUNA & ONION  SURPRISE” ® diet and I have had 2 onions and 2 cans of tuna today. I was hungry, a protein shake. No, as we could not eat smoked salmon and semlor at ScanDeli I could as well go for some sushi. The calorie balance  was in my favour so I took off to make the calorie balance a wee bit less to my favour. I walked to Emporium and I checked out a few restaurants. Nothing I liked, well, I wouldn't mind having a snack over there. But it was too crowded for me.
So I walked back to the Japanese restaurant on Prasanmit Plaza. I arrived to the restaurant at 21:35 and the sign CLOSED was on the door. But there were still  some guests and the girls working there recognised me. So I got a seat and it didn't take long before I had a plate of salmon sushi in front of me. I had 2 glass of fresh orange juice with my sushi.
Excellent sushi as usually  at Tohkai. But what the  was the story with the wasabi or wosabo or whatever they call the green stuff.
I plugged my salmon sushi covered in sesame seed in to the mix of  soy sauce and wasabi or wosabo or whatever they call the green stuff. I put the delicates in to my mouth and the wasabi or wosabo or whatever they call the  green stuff gave me a pain far up my nose and I had tears rolling down my cheeks. I finished my sushi and I left the place and I stopped at my local 7 Eleven on  my way home. All the girls working there started to scream.
- OH!! Where have you been? I bought two bottles of Minute Maid to enjoy with my cigarettes and a case of San Miguel Light. But I changed my mind when I came to the Cashier and I skipped the cigarettes. I have not been smoking since I left Maersk Cassandra and it would be stupid to start again. Maybe it is due to the EXTRA STRONG General snus I got delivered to me before I joined Maersk Cassandra. I started o the roll just before I signed off. So it would be very stupid to start again, but I really felt like having a fag after the Japanese food. But I managed to leave 7 Eleven without any coffin nails. And since I gave up smoking I also gave up drinking the Diet MAX. So this might turn out as something really good. +++++++++++++++
Tuesday 20th of March 2012 and I started my day with 2 big red pain killers as soon as my alarm went off. Darn, I was sore and stiff after my first training session yesterday. I watched the news before I went to the kitchen for my tea and “TUNA & ONION SURPRISE” ®. I left for Chakrit Muay Thai School. I can't say that the pain killers helped to alleviate the pain. So I decided to have just a few rounds and then I would return home. And that would give me a good time to get down to Ekkamai to buy new potted plants.
The garbage police wasn't at the desk, but I saw one of them 20 meters up Sukhumvit Road stepping on a cigarette butt trying to hide it. Is he smoking throwing the butts on the street? Then he returns to the desk charging tourists for the very same thing?  I reached Chakrit Muay Thai School after 30 minutes and we got started. 2 rounds with the pads and every punch were painful. So we did a few rounds of me blocking the Teachers kicks. Good way to improve my reactions, even though I'm stiff and sore. The kicking, I can't say that I like it. I remember sparring at Bangkok Fight Club and we were going to kick each others. I just stayed close to my opponent and it was impossible for him to kick me. And he felt flat on the floor every time he tried. As long as you stay close the kicking won't do very much. Unless of course, you are very good at kicking, but that takes a lot of practice. That's why it is so boring to watch Thai boxing, when they go in to clinch they just hanging over each other like they are hugging, dead tired using their knees  He is kicking me...

 I wedged a fresh snus when I was ready with my session. There had been a Police watching the session and when he saw me with my snus he looked leaning over my can.  - What is that?
- Yaaba  - What??!!
He was about to pull his gun but I calmed him. - It is tobacco  He was still not convinced and he had his hand stand-by close to his gun. I snapped the can closed in front of his nose. He looked after me when I left, and I don't know what he  thought. They have a lot of problem with Yaaba (Crazy medicine)in Thailand. But I don't understand why he would expect to find any Crazy Medicine with what is obviously a top athlete at Chakrit Muay Thai School.
I walked back home and I was inspired by the Police at Chakrit Muay Thai School. No one  knows what snus is so I updated my page about snus.
Most of my potted plants are dead so I went to Ekkamai to buy new potted plants when I had updated my page about snus. I grabbed a pack of Singapore Chocolate that I had bought on Singapore airport and I stopped at the condo office and I gave the pack to the girls working at the office. Then I walked down Soi 23 looking for a taxi. I passed my local 7 Eleven and the shop have been covered in stores the last 2 days. I see mopeds with 7 Eleven staff taking boxes and drives away. Maybe thyew have turned my local 7 Eleven in to a storage for the rest of the 7 Elevens in Bangkok. I found a taxi and we were soon reaching Ekkamai in a light afternoon traffic. I bought my potted plants and they wanted to deliver them tonight - Tomorrow is better, I have my boxing tonight. They will deliver my plants around 10 o'clock tomorrow. I went to Big C to see if they had some  Matsaman Tuna. I bought some in Pattaya during the flooding and it was delicious and I want more. I was lucky and they had 52 cans and I bought all of  them and I took a taxi back home.
I decided to skip the boxing tonight, I was still sore and stiff. I need some rest, and I might go tomorrow night. They will deliver plants and my TV tomorrow and they will hopefully come to clean my ACs tomorrow. So when I came home I called my Carpenter and my Electrician. So they will hopefully come tomorrow. The Electrician will change my lights in the kitchen and the Carpenter will lacquer all my teak doors, windows and the floor in my bed room.

Wednesday 21st of March 2012 and I had one of y new pain killers first thing when I woke up at 7. I went to buy some pain killers yesterday evening. I walked to Bangkok Fight Club to  see my Teacher and after that I walked to Robinson to buy milk and onion. I stopped at my drug store on Soi 23.
- Do you have painkillers for a horse - Where do you feel pain. - All over. I'm stiff and sore and I can hardly move - You are too old for Thai boxing - Thanks for pepping me He gave me some tablets and I asked him if they were any good - Yeah, they are good - No narcotics? - No narcotics - Sure? Yeah, I'm 100% sure that there are no narcotics in the pain killers. And I'm 100% sure they are  useless, nothing happened after popping the pill. Luckily enough, I bought some ordinary “over the counter” ibuprofen tablets as well and they are usually helping for  everything. 2 ibuprofen and I will hopefully be ready to go to Bangkok Fight Club tonight.
At 10:00 the door bell went off, the guys from Karaket Garden. I don't know how they make it. Every time they arrive to deliver potted plants they are on time. Amazing  for  being Thailand.
Otherwise you never know when they are coming. You can wait for hours, but it has become much better the last years. 10 years  ago it drove me crazy.
They stepped inside with 5 pots, I have bought 5 new pots and I asked them to throw away the old pots. The called me from Emporium while they guys were busy with my plotted plants. They  asked if they could deliver the TV on  Monday instead. I got a wee bit annoyed.
 - HEY ! LISTEN UP! YOU BETTER DELIVER THE DARN TV TODAY!
- We have problem  - I don't give a flying foock!
I have taken the day off from the Thai  Boxing and I had made this day a “STAY IN” day and I have coordinated so all deliveries will take place today so I can be at Sophia Muay Thai Gym tomorrow afternoon. I told him that I would go to Manila on Friday.
- Tomorrow?? - I will be at my Thai boxing tomorrow So they promised to deliver my TV at 3 o'clock as we had agreed on when I bought the TV. Well, or I would have to waste my  time returning to Emporium to get my money back.
The guys finished with the potted plants and they left with my old pots and dead plants. - See you soon again, they said. - Yeah, I'm afraid so. But I will try to keep them alive for quite some time this time. - Yeah-yeah Blah-blah They know that my plants will die soon and I will be back at Karaket Garden to buy new plants. I will look for a professional maid service that can take care of my flowers while I'm out of town.  My plants will

hopefully survive for a few monthsI woke up at 7 sp I was a wee bit tired after my “TUNA & ONION SURPRISE” ® so I went to my bed room and I spent the time half awake on top off my bed. Quarter past 3 and still no sign of  the guys from Emporium. And no sign off the Electrician, he called at 10 and he told me that he could not come today. He wanted to  come tomorrow instead. But I told him that I was going  to do my Thai boxing at Sophia tomorrow afternoon. And to miss this session is no option.
My door bell went off at 4 o'clock and there were 2 guys from Emporium with my TV and the home  cinema system. They brought the equipment to my bed room and they started to set up my home cinema.
I had prepared my bed room. My old SAMSUNG and  home cinema was set up in my guest room. Now I only have to find someone that wants my old LG TV from the guest room. I'm sure it will be quite easy to give away the TV and DVD player.
The Carpenter came with his son while they were working with the TV. He will do the job I asked for one year ago and he was just here to reconfirm what I  wanted to do. I also added a job in the kitchen. I will have tiles in the cupboard under the sink. So it will be like a small bathtub under the sink if there is any water leak. And it will also be easier to keep it clean under the sink in the future.

It will take them about 2 weeks to finish the job and it will be nice when they have finished all my wood windows and doors. I wanted to show him a picture before they left. I have been looking for  brushes to put on my slide doors to the balconies for several years. But I haven't manage to find any in Thailand, but I saw  the kind of brushes I needed on an escalator.
And as we know I always carry my camera with me  and I took a picture. So I showed the picture for the Carpenter and he knew what it was.
- Ah, to prevent the mosquitoes to come in Yes, there is a gap between the slide door and the wood frame and the mosquitoes can come in through the gap. Now the brush will stop the mosquitoes to come in to my apartment. I was in a good mood when the Carpenter and his son left. They were almost finished with my TV  when the Carpenter left and I was soon alone again.
Now I only wait for the Electrician and he will come tomorrow afternoon at 5 o'clock. So I will have time to finish my session at Sophia Muay Thai Gym. But if the Electrician comes at 5 I will most likely have to skip my session at Bangkok Fight Club tomorrow. But seriously, I was almost skipping all my boxing for tomorrow. A new TV and I wanted to get drunk so I could try out my  hangover DVDs. Well, I'm better off losing weight at Bangkok Fight Club so I will have to wait until Sunday to try my new TV.
I had some pumpernickel and a can of tuna with a pot of tea before I left for Bangkok Fight Club. And I walked down Sukhumvit Soi 23 and people recognised me. So I had to turn off my iPod every now and then to say hello to people.  Sport activities at Srinakharinwirot University

There was full activities o the field at Srinakharinwirot University when I passed through their area   on my way to Bangkok Fight Club.
I passed Sophia Muay Thai Gym, but I didn't have any time to stop for a chat. Well, I will be there tomorrow afternoon for some serious arse kickin' and I hope I'm not so sore and stiff by then. I arrived to Bangkok Fight Club and I discovered that our Teacher was covered in gauze bandage. - What the happened to you?
- I had an accident with my motorcycle - How many accidents have you had by now? It was nice to be back even though I was in pain. I had popped 2  ibuprofen before I left home, but it was still painful to hit the punch bag. But it is getting better by the day and I'm pretty sure that I will be fine on Monday. A slow and easy start the first week.
Time was very quick and it was soon time to go home again. I recognised 2 of the guys otherwise it was all new people at Bangkok Fight Club today. One British guy, well,  both of them were British. One of them is a regular guy 3 days per week. The other guy is here sometimes only.
I think he is a boxer back home in UK and he was helping our Teacher today because of his motorcycle accident. I walked back home and I'm used to have a Diet MAX and a coffin nail when I'm coming back home from Bangkok Fight Club. Well, it is  just a bad habit and I'm sure I will have a few days more before I stop thinking about cigarettes.
I wanted to make a protein shake instead, but I decided to make a “Ordinary water surprise”. Lemon and water, healthy and refreshing. So I will hopefully never have to smoke another cigarette or drinking  any Diet MAX again. Well, I need a Diet MAX to mix with my STROH Rum. If I'm going to drink STROH Rum again that is.  Hmm, would be nice to stick to water and lemon from now on, but then I wasted all the money on my new hangover TV all for nothing.
Well, another exciting day has come to an end and I will hopefully be able to fall asleep early tonight. I have been up and about since 7 this morning. +++++++++++++++
Thursday 22nd of March 2012 and I went to Sophia Muay Thai Gym at 2 thirty in the afternoon. My session would start at 3 and I arrived 10 minutes before 3. The owner and the Teacher was  at the gym together with one boy. I thought the boy was one of the students, but this was obviously a new Teacher.
The owner asked me how things had turned out with the 17 years old girl. I told him that her mother was calling me 10 times per day. It will not happen that I would end up with a 17 years old girl and I told them last time I saw them, the very same day I left for Maersk Cassandra. Her mother asked why. I explained that it would ne embarrassing to walk around hand in hand with a 17 years old girl, well, of course, unless she was my daughter. - People will look at me! 
- They will be green of envy when you have a 17 years old girl friend, her mother said. Well, anyway, when I came back to Bangkok my boxing teacher at Chakrit told me that her mother  was divorced.
- She likes you very much! So now she is calling  me 10 times per day and maybe it is time to join a ship again getting out of Bangkok for a while
The owner of Sophia Muay Thai Gym asked if I could have her number now when I didn't saw her any more. I asked if he wanted the mother's number.  - The daughter's, you stupid!
We got started with the session and I was half dead after half an hour. Well, it is still the first week and I hope the  effect of me giving up smoking will kick in next week.
I gave up quarter to 4, I told them that my Electrician would come to fix my lightning at 5. Of course, I could  have finished the session and still have ample of time. But I was half dead and I told them that I had to go home.
I walked back home and passing Srinakharinwirot University during  the day time is a guarantee to see beautiful girls in  school uniforms.
It usually takes me 10 minutes to walk home, but I dragged my feet after me while passing through the Srinakharinwirot University area so I could watch the sight. I could not have a shower when I came back home. The Electrician would come to fix the lightning and I didn't want to be in the shower risking to miss  the Electrician when he would be ringing the door bell. He was late by 30 minutes, but as soon as he  got started I went for my shower.
So when they are finished with my lighting I only have the cleaning of the ACs to do. The Manager of the condo called me and they didn't have any time to come yesterday or today, maybe on Monday. It will be nice when everything is finished. I have 2 weeks when they are going to do my windows and doors,  but I can sneak away for my day boxing sessions and when they finish in the evening I can take off to Bangkok Fight Club.

I asked the Electrician if he did cleaning of AC. But he didn't, he does a lot of thing with water and electric. He is always busy, but I'm always happy when he has the time. Took me a very long  time to find him, and now I use him every time. I have seen quite a few horror examples  in Bangkok.
So I will stick with this Electrician. I have had to call him several times to clear up the work of some of the Bozos  they have sent here as Electricians. And my Carpenter, same thing, it took me a very long time to find him and I will stick with him. So I have pretty much what a need now, a good Carpenter and a good Electrician. The Electrician and his side kick left me around 8 o'clock and I had new lights in my kitchen and in my store room.

Friday 23rd of March 2012 and I was dead tired when my alarm went off at 9. I had had a terrible night, impossible to fall asleep and I was tossin' and turnin' until 4 o'clock in the morning. I had my tea and “TUNA & ONION SURPRISE” ®. I didn't felt very well, pain in my left arm and  my legs were still sore. But I decided to go to Chakrit Muay Thai School and try to do some exercise.
Last time I was home it was my right shoulder that annoyed me for several months. My right shoulder is OK now, but I have had severe pain in my left arm since my first boxing session at Chakrit Muay Thai School last Monday.  Chakrit Muay Thai School at Sukhumvit Soi 39

Well, we tried my left arm the first round, but we gave up and we did a few rounds with right arm only. It was not fun, I didn't feel good in my legs and arm. And that's even though I had one of my useless painkillers before I left for Chakrit. I don't like massage and especially not from a guy. But my Teacher gave my arm a massage for 2 rounds and it felt a wee bit better.  Helping me with my shoes

I did a few rounds with my right arm and when the clock was 1 o'clock I left Chakrit Muay Thai  School. I walked back home and I was for sure not walking fast. It was more limping than walking back home.
When I came home the manager at the condo told me that they would come to clean my ACs on Monday, very good. I checked my e-mail and I had received the quotation from the Carpenter. I called him and asked when he could start. I almost fell asleep on top of my bed but I heard that I got an SMS. It was my friend and she asked if I wanted to  come visit her at her office on Asoke Road. I called her and I told her that I would have a shower and I would pop over.
I passed my local 7 Eleven and they got a truck load of Heineken delivered to them. I could not help myself, but I walked over  to them and asked if they had got any San Miguel Light. I stopped at Tohkai for some salmon and avocado sushi on the way to my friend's office. I had to glass of fresh orange juice and 3 plates of sushi before I left. DARB! It would have been good with a cigarette after the food, but the orange juice helped a wee bit. 1 week (almost) without any smoking so it would be stupid to start again. I found my friend's office on the 15th floor and I stepped inside.  At the office
There was another girl that I knew as well and they were going for a drink after work and they asked if I wanted to join them. I told them that I finished my boxing around 8 thirty. - I need a shower after that So we decided to meet at 9 thirty and I left to buy ice cream. Can it be better? Now I can try my  new TV watching hangover DVDs tomorrow with my hangover milk  shakes. I still have 5 or 6 bottles of Baileys in my fridge.
I was back home from Villa Market at 5 thirty. I had 2, 5 kilo of salmon and 4 big boxes of ice cream. I left for Bangkok Fight Club and I arrived 5 minutes before 7. No one there, except for  the owner. So I had a chance to talk with him. We usually change a few words with each others. Enough for me to know that it is a nice guy, but as we're busy kickin' arses there are not much time to talk.
But my Teacher was late and he didn't arrive until 20 minutes past 7 and I was about to leave when he arrived. But I got a good talk with the owner. Turned out that he is an architect so we were talking about houses and stuff. There was a guy from Korea that arrived around the same time as my Teacher and  it turned out that it would only be the 2 of us.
He brought some Ginseng tea for our Teacher and he asked if I wanted  some.
- No thanks, I'm an Earl Grey guy We did a few rounds on the punch bags and then we did some  sparring. When it was time for the sit ups I told the Teacher that I had to leave to meet the girls at 9 thirty.
I walked back home and I stopped at the marked outside my condo. There is a market every Friday and they sell vegetables. I had forgotten to buy dill when I bought my salmon at Villa Market. And salmon without the dill is like, well, yes, not good.  I could not believe my luck - They had dill

I had a shower and some smoked salmon before I left to meet the girls from the office. I was  waiting in the bar ant the clock turned 10 and still no sign of the girls. OK, this is Thailand but I'm out of here.
I was just about to leave when I discovered some pool tables outside the restaurant. The girls had been talking about playing pool so I decided to go have a look. The girls were playing pool and when they saw me. - ALADDIN! Where have you been? We have tried to call you! Yeah, I never have my mobile phone with me. I told them that I was about to leave. But now when I had found them I decided to stay even though the music sucked BIG TIME. I had downed 8 San Miguel Lights before very soon and Charisma Man was back in town. I hope he is here to stay, because the Obnoxious Man is not the guy we want to have hanging around on a Saturday night.
 We took a taxi to some beer garden next to Time Square. And even though the girls had told me to  leave my CD at home I had brought my CD and it came in handy in the taxi. We had French Hip Hop blasting high all the way.
As soon as we stepped inside the beer garden we had some one screaming HEY! It was one of the girls that used to work at my Thai school. Now she work at a Dentist and she and 2 of her co-workers was there for a drink. Unlucky for them, Aladdin showed up and  destroyed their evening.
We had 3 buckets of San Miguel Light and we meet a friend of our French friend. The girls are working tomorrow so they left early and the French guy was also working. Yes, in Thailand they work on Saturdays as well so it was an early evening. For me it was an early morning. I ended up at a disco with the friend of our French friend and i was not home until 4 or 5 o'clock in the morning. +++++++++++++++
Saturday 24th of March 2012 and is the “Hangover Surprise“® the best thing ever or what? I woke  up at 12 o'clock and I went to my kitchen. I brought out a pack of ice cream and a bottle of Baileys
I brought out my mixer and I put the ice cream and a full bottle of Baileys in a bucket and less than a minute later I had my “Hangover Surprise“® and I moved in to my bed to watch a hangover DVD. And yes, the “Hangover Surprise“® is the best thing ever. I had not even finished half of the “Hangover  Surprise“® before I felt like a million. No more hangover and I was standing in my bed.

And the receipt for this little wonder. Just take 400 gram of ice cream and a bottle of TAX FREE Baileys. If you buy the Baileys in your supermarket one bottle might not be enough. TAX FREE has  the “manly” size of 1 litre, in the super market they just provide the 70cl bottles. So buy 2 bottles just to be safe.
I wanted one more “Hangover Surprise“® when I finished the first one, but by then I was tipsy and I just put some ice in my Baileys. I don't want to operate heavy machinery (my mixer) while tipsy. I was enjoying my Baileys when it knocked on my door. The girls got right on with the job to peel the potatoes. They had brought eggs so I could start with  the salmon sauce. Mustard, oil and egg yolk mixed with the dill I  bought yesterday.
First time for me making salmon sauce and it tasted quite OK, well, can of course have something to do with the 12 cans of San Miguel Light. And surprisingly enough, the food was almost finished. The potatoes were almost gone and that was a real surprise. Thai people are not known to like potatoes. Well, there was plenty sauce, maybe because I made too much. Or just simply, it was not yummy enough.  Salmon

I really don't hope that I stayed there until they closed. I remember one time when I left the disco at Thonglor and the sun was shining. This is nothing I want to experience again. This was something I could live with when I was 20 +++++++++++++++
Sunday 25th of March 2012 and I spent the whole day in bed. Well, from now on it is no more party. Chakrit have moved to new location and now they are open on Sundays as well. So I will hopefully spend the rest of my Sundays at Chakrit and then I cannot drink anything on Saturdays.

Monday 26th of March 2012 and I woke up 20 minutes past 7 o'clock. I expected them to come and clean my ACs today, but they could not come until Wednesday. Well, better late than never. My Carpenter will send his guys on Thursday morning and I expect the job to be ready in 1 week.
I don't know what's wrong with the weather, but the rainy season has arrived. It have been raining for a few days and the sky opened up just when I was about to leave for Sophia Muay Thai Gym. So I was 5 or 10 minutes late for my session. I was still suffering from a severe  hangover, but it was a good session.
No more pain in the arms or legs and I think me giving up smoking helped a wee bit as well. No cigarettes or Diet MAX for more than a week  now and I expect to live until I'm 127.
I had time for tea and smoked salmon when I came home from Sophia Muay Thai Gym before I took off to Bangkok Fight Club. The American girl told me that she would be back on the 27th of March so it was a nice surprise to see her waiting outside Bangkok Fight Club when I arrived 10 minutes before 7.

So it was me and the American girl and the Korean guy arrived quarter past 7 and a little bit later  on there was a French guy coming. His first time at Bangkok Fight Club. Well, at least I knew the American girl and she will  come every day so there will be one person that I know. Our Thai friend is in America and he will be back in a few weeks.
Our British friend is in England for a month of holiday so I hope these 2 guys will return soon so I have some behinds to kick.
But the American girl kicked behind, I thought we were going home but the Korean Guy wanted to do some sparring. So he took on the  American girl. He didn't wanted to spar with me, he thought the girl should be a  piece of cake. Well, she kicked his behind and he got a loose tooth at the same time. I did some sparring with the French guy and he was scared shit less. But the Teacher told him that Aladdin was a very good Teacher and that I was only marking my punches.
He was scared after having seen the American girl beating the living day light  out of the Korean guy and he wanted to use his mouth guard. - No need, I will not hit you. You hit me! He liked it and we did a round and now the American girl wanted to kick some French behind. He gave up after a minute and we did one more round before we went home. For sure, these 2 guys want to spar with me in the future. Of course, sparring is fun and I'm only  marking my punches. Of course, sometimes there is an accident. But sparring should be fun and as soon as I saw the French guy scared I told him that I was not going to hit him and he thought it was fun and he will soon be back for more, but not with the girl.
I walked back home and when I passed Prasanmit Plaza coming up on my Soi I saw something that I have not seen in Bangkok for many many years. They were shoving a movie in the alley. Back in the days you could see this everywhere in Bangkok, but since most of the old buildings are gone so are the small alleys, at least in my area. And the English subtitles was reversed from where I stand so I looked under the screen and there were people sitting on the other side and I understood that the projector was on the other side with most of the people. Well, anyway, there was quite a crowd watching the movie.  Street cinema
Well, it is very nice to be back in my old “2 boxing sessions per day” routines again. And it was fun at Bangkok Fight Club. My hangover was finally gone, well, of course I could feel that I had had a San Miguel Light or 2 too many during the weekend. And when I was back home from Bangkok Fight Club I turned on my music again after 2 days of no music. And this NEVER PARTY AGAIN, I don't  know about that. I have a plan. Well, it is actually an old plan I had and I have tried it out. It works beautifully every time.
 When it is time for party I will just leave town. I practiced this several times, I took a taxi to the beach and I had the taxi waiting for me and when I wanted to go back to Bangkok in the wee hours I just called the taxi and we returned to Bangkok and by the time I was back  home all my neighbours were sleeping and they all thought that Aladdin is a nice guy.
- He is only doing boxing - Yeah, I have never seen him drinking any alcohol - A great guy, never any middle of the night music from his apartment  - I thought I saw the sun shining from his arse the other day.
- Isn't this guy the best? So I will have my San Miguel Light out of town, a weekend in Singapore, Laos or Manila and I will be known as the athletic guy they wants their daughters to get married with in my neighbourhood. I can't wait to try this plan again. Well, maybe not. Maybe there isn't any more reason for drinking myself handsome (retarded) And maybe my fight against baldness is finally over. Yes, even though I'm risking to be accused of being a terrorist I can admit that Al Jazeera is my favourite news channel. CNN is improving, but BBC is going downhill quick. When I came home they still went on and on about the hard times. What hard times? They have had hard times, recession and economic meltdown on BBC for as long as I can remember. Isn't this over? Well, anyway, Al Jazerra brought me the news that really made me turning cartwheels around my apartment while screaming:  - FINALLY!! THE CURE FOR BALDNESS!! 
No more reason to grease my scalp up with my home made garlic bullshit that was going to  cure my baldness. No more need to have the “MAGIC HAIR STUFF” Well, I have enough of that disaster to last me for a life time. I bought so many  bottles and I will never run out of that shit. Yeah, we even remember my “MAGIC HAIR STUFF” travel  kit I used to bring with me around the globe.
I also have a bottle of coconut oil that would do wonders for the scalp. This bottle is almost full, it was exciting to grease up my scalp for a few times. But it was only greasy and messy and I didn't discover any effect so this bottle is pretty much unused. What a waste of money!

Tuesday 27th of March 2012 and as I had spent most of the night tossin' and turnin' in bed I was  dead tired when my alarm went off at 9. And the time was almost 9 thirty before I got  out of bed, by luck. I put my alarm on snooze by mistake when I was turning off the alarm so if I would have been unlucky I might have been sleeping until 11.
I had a quick cuppa and a“TUNA & ONION SURPRISE” ® before I left for Chakrit Muay Thai School. I walked through the Jasmine building and people were sitting around table eating and there were beds. What is going on here? I had a pretty good session at Chakrit and we finished the session with 3 rounds of sparring and I  walked back home. I stopped at a few shops looking for a micro SD to SD adapter. We had some good music at Bangkok Fight Club yesterday and our Teacher gave me his micro SD card with the music for me to copy.
When I passed through the Jasmine building I discovered that all the beds were for people donating blood and it looked like all the beds were occupied. I had not had any luck finding the micro SD to SD adapter. But there were two photo shops on Soi  23 and I decided to try them. The first one didn't had any and I walked to the other shop and I was lucky. I asked for memory card and she told me that they only had micro SD to SD adapter. Exactly what I wanted so I bought the adapter with a 4GB micro SD card. 550 Baht for a small piece of plastic, but I needed the darn adapter if I wanted the music.
I had a shower and a quick cuppa with my “TUNA & ONION SURPRISE” ® when I came back home. I had time to copy my Teacher's music before I left for Bangkok Fight Club for yet another session of arse kicking. I got 4 songs out of the 79 songs on my Teacher's micro SD. Well, it was 4 really good songs so I was happy. I put the micro SD memory card and I put it in the case for my water bottle and I walked to Bangkok Fight Club And you can enjoy some Thai music here while I am at Bangkok Fight Club. 
 I arrived to Bangkok Fight Club a few minutes before 7 and God, there were plenty people. MMA class, boxing class plus our Muay Thai class. In our class it was me and 4 girls. Our Teacher's daughter, the American girl and 2 girls from France. We started with warm up and then we moved over to the punch bags. We also did some sparring, but it was not as fun as it used to be. Sparring with girls and I was only blocking.

Wednesday 28th of March 2012 and my alarm went off at 9 and yet again, I was accidently hitting  the snooze button instead of the off button. Well, even though I hit the snooze I didn't get out of bed until after 10 o'clock.
I was watching Aljazeera and is this the best news channel or what? Where do they find all these good news? Maybe I should go to my local 7  Eleven instead for Sophia Muay Thai Gym today.
I have not had the guts to step up on my scale since I came home. I mean, after 3  months of Nutella and Milo I was for sure not expecting any good coming out of stepping up on the scale.
But thanks' to Aljazeera I dared to take the step. After the good news I was full of confidence and I swung myself out of bed and I stepped up on the scale. Well, it was no good news but it was not as bad as I had thought. Well, one thing is for sure, I cannot skip Sophia
Well, 11 thirty when I had finished my breakfast and there is not really much I can do before I will have to leave for Sophia Muay Thai Gym. I had expected them to come and clean my ACs  today, but the Manager of our condo called me and told me that they could not come until Friday.
What the is wrong with these people?
If they have had the common sense to inform me I could have time to do stuff before it was time to go to my boxing session. I have a lot of important things to  do and now I have wasted a few days waiting for the nitwits to clean my ACs. I hope that they will come on Friday. Knocking on my door and I will not open the door. But I doubt that they will  learn something from that.
I arrived to Sophia about 10 minutes before 3 o'clock and we started at 3. Sparring and we did a few rounds with the pads.
I was exhausted but I had to do  the punch bag before I could go home. The American girl came when I was finished. I stayed behind for 20 minutes to have a chat with her. Sophia Muay Thai Gym has arranged a fight for her in Hua Hin.
The owner of the Sophia will take us there in a van. This will be fun and I hope that I will be in Thailand by then. I saw her fight on a video on my boxing Teacher's facebook. This was the match on the 28th of December. I had to leave for Maersk Cassandra and I missed her fight. But she was kicking behind so it will be nice to get to Hua Hin to see her fight. But Hua Hin is boring, well, except for the German Restaurant next to the hotel I stayed at the only time I have been in Hua Hin. But it looks (luckily) like we will go back to Bangkok after the fight. Good, no need to get bored in Hua Hin. I had a missed call from my Carpenter so I called him and they will come here between 9 and 9 thirty tomorrow morning. I also called my Travel Agent before it was time to go to Bangkok Fight Club again. I asked her to check out weekend (Heavy drinking ) tours to Shanghai or Tokyo for  the middle of April. Yes, my hangover is gone by know and I'm ready for the next PARTY!!

I will skip Songkran and I can have a few beers without anyone knowing about it.  That's how I'm operating and I will soon grow to be the most popular guy in the neighbourhood again.
I was at Bangkok Fight Club 10 minutes before 7. Luckily enough the British boxing Teacher was   exercising at the club so he could open the door for me. Our Teacher arrived and the American girl arrived from Sophia Muay Thai Gym a few minutes after 7.
We had another Thai guy joining us and the Korean guy showed up 20 minutes past 7. There was another guy as well, but I don't know where he came from. So all in all we were 5 people excluding our Teacher. The American girl was sparring with the British guy so we were only 4 of us training with the Teacher.
Carry around a big punch bag was the first thing we did and then it was some technique. Kicking, kneeing and elbowing and when we were ready with this we moved over to the punch bags. We completed the session with  sit ups and we never did any of the Thai Navy exercises.
 Well, actually, we haven't done the Thai Navy Exercise in a very long time. I just mention it because I want to use my “Thai Navy Exercise” smiley.
We finished the session at Bangkok Fight Club and our Teacher had brought his car. I told him yesterday to bring his car so we could go to my place so he could pick  my TV. I had promised him my old TV from my guest room.
The girl from America was with us and she asked why I had an American flag in my guest room. It is the very  same flag I got when we were with Rainbow Warrior in Kas in Turkey. We spent a night in Kas and I got the flag from one of the bars. Well, the only reason for me wanting to have the flag was because the American flag wasn't the most popular flag onboard Rainbow Warrior. I had an American flag on my door, but it disappeared less than 10 minutes after I had out it up on my door.

 Thursday 29th of March 2012 and my alarm went off at 8 o'clock. I expect the Carpenter to come between 9 and 9 thirty so I would be better off getting out of bed early. And it is the same story again, I was dead tired and I went to bed at 11 o'clock yesterday. But it  was 4 o'clock  before I felt a sleep
I was staggering out in the kitchen and I made myself a protein  shake and I returned to bed.
When the workers arrived I let them in and I returned to my bed again. I spent the whole afternoon in bed and I got out of bed at 14:30 and I left for Sophia Muay Thai Gym. My Teacher was busy at the office when I arrived and the owner of the apartment building and the gym was sitting at the gate. We went in to the office and he showed me the plans for the new  garden and apartments. He will also rebuild and move the gym and it looked very nice.
We got started with the session it was almost 4 thirty when I left Sophia. The American girl came at 4 o'clock and she will go straight to Bangkok Fight Club when she is ready at Sophia. I gave my can of snus to the owner when I left. He want to stop smoking and when I told him that I gave up smoking 2 weeks ago after smoking 2 to 3 packs  per day he became interested.
- Is the Swedish tobacco good? - Very good, but the nico pads and chewing gum are also very good. I asked if he wanted to try the snus. He told me that he had tried it when I was in America for  his studies in his youth. Well, anyway, when I came back home I saw the workers on my balcony.
They left at 5 o'clock and I made some tea after my shower. I had a quick cuppa and I was off to Bangkok Fight Club for yet another session.
Well, Bangkok Fight Club, 3 girls and one child so no sparring. But we got some real got exercises with the punch bags and I was burning calories, the most important.

The young boy in our class wanted to become a member and when we were ready our Teacher charged him for the membership and the boy got his member card. I walked back home and I hope I can get away to Chakrit Muay Thai School tomorrow. They will come to clean my AC and they will continue with my wood. I managed to get away to Sophia today  and if they finish my ACs before 11 I will go to Chakrit. Otherwise I will call Sophia to see if I can do an hour in the afternoon. Friday again and this week have really passed by very quickly. Weekend again, but I have decided to go to Chakrit Muay Thai School on Saturday so no San Miguel Light tomorrow. At least I hope so, I'm not sure my diet can take any more weekends with me drinking  myself retarded.

Friday 30th of March 2012 and my alarm went off at 8 but it took me 25 minutes to get out of bed. I went to bed at 11 yesterday and I was soon asleep by the help of Robin Hood. My workers knocked on the door just after 9 and not long after they came to clean the AC.
I had finished my protein shake and “TUNA & ONION SURPRISE” ® when they arrived. I asked the AC guys how much they were going to charge me. - 2000 Baht - I don't have any cash, can I clean your car? Of course not, so I had to go to the ATM and on my way back home I stopped at a carpet shop. I brought the guy home to pick up my Persian carpets for cleaning. He told me that they didn't made those carpets any more. He even named the carpets, but I don't remember the name. But he would bring them back next Thursday. Good, things are starting to fall to place here at Soi 23 and I can enjoy my holiday without any HANDYMEN running around.  Painting in my kitchen

The AC guys left at 12 so Chakrit was a NO GO. So I will go to the post office to pick up my snus. And I hope they bring them home to me next time. Last time in Bangkok I had to go pick up my first parcel at Hualompong, 150 Baht with taxi. I arrived at 12 and everyone stopped work for the lunch break at 12. This was a new experience for me, everything comes to a full stop while they are having their lunch instead of eating in shifts. I spent 1 and a half hour, if not 2 at the post office. I had to pay 35 Baht for something, yeah, extended storage because I had been in Singapore and Malaysia for 2  weeks. So yes, I prefer when they charge me 7 Baht for home delivery which they did on all the following parcels. So I hope it will be the same this time. I will only have to go and pick up the first parcel.
200 Baht for the taxi (2 way), 2 Baht for a photo copy of my driving license and 1564 Baht for the tax. Plus of course, 3 hours so I missed both Chakrit and Sophia. I spent almost 1 hour waiting at the post office and when it was finally my turn they asked me to open the parcel - What is that? - Snus! He smelled on one of the cans and he moved over to one of his colleagues. They started a discussion   and when he came back he did the internationally recognised sign for smoking with his  index finger and his FOOCK OFF finger. I instantly understood that he was asking if it was tobacco
- It is snus! He went away to consult yet another guy and I was jumping up  and down watching my wrist watch. I more or less realised that I would miss Sophia Muay Thai Gym.
When the guy came back he looked up some tables and he charged me 1564 Baht and I foocked off out of  there to look for a taxi. It took quite some time to get back to Sukhumvit Soi 23 in a heavy Friday afternoon traffic.
Well, at least I will make it to Bangkok Fight Club. 
I asked the taxi driver to stop at my local 7 Eleven. Same as yesterday, I had planned to go for  my lunch at Tohkai, a few salmon/ avocado sushi is always right.
But same as yesterday, I ended up buying cookies at 7 Eleven and I  brought them back home. Yeah, stupid. I don't want to go to Tohkai to eat because I'm o a diet. So I come up with  the excellent idea to go buy an apple at 7 Eleven instead. They are painting in my room so I really don't feel like pottering about with tuna cans and onions.
I have never seen any apples at 7 Eleven in Thailand so of course I  end up with a lot of cookies and I feel very bad with myself when I'm ready. But the Carpenter will be ready  next week so then I can potter about with my health food again.
I ordered 2 more rolls of snus online before I left for Bangkok Fight Club. Just to test my theory about having to go to pick up my parcel at the postal custom  house and from there on I will have it sent home for the 7 Baht fee.
I walked to Bangkok Fight Club and I passed Sophia Muay Thai Gym and I heard that they were exercising when I passed Srinakharinwirot University. So I went in and there were 3 people exercising. Yeah, better to be at the gym on a Friday night than to be in a bar drinking. People dropped in to Bangkok Fight Club and the Korean guy was the last to arrive 10 minutes before 8 o'clock. I think we were 9 people and I didn't know any one of them. So it was no fun, but the exercise was very good. I hope we get some of the old students back to Bangkok Fight Club to get some of the fun back. But maybe it will be fun when I learn to know them. I had a shower first thing when I came back home from my training. They had called from Emporium earlier in the afternoon and they had got the remote control for my TV. I looked at a SAMSUNG TV one year ago and they told me at Emporium that it was a fantastic TV - What's so foocking fantastic? - It is a smart TV with internet and blah-blah-bla - Can I connect a keyboard - No - So it is not all that fantastic! Why do I want internet without a keyboard? I told him that I would be back when the next model came out on the market. Well, the main  difference was that the TV had grown from 55 inch to 60 when I was back last December.
Still no connection for the keyboard, but now SAMSUNG had come up with a remote control called Qwerty and there was a keyboard on the back side. So I bought the TV, but when I was going to pay they told me that I had to wait for a few days and I cancelled because I was leaving for Maersk Cassandra. Now I only need a modem, I have wireless in my apartment, but I need to get out of bed to turn on my modem. So I came up with a brilliant idea. I can buy a new modem for my bed room and I won't have to go out of bed to get internet.
I called TRUE and it was not possible to use 2 modems on 1 telephone line even though I have 4 different phone connections for the phone. I have 2 direct lines so I can use my second direct line, but to pay for 2 internet connections for a few minutes of internet surfing on the TV. Well, it will be cheaper to get my arse out of bed to turn on the modem. +++++++++++++++
Saturday 31st of March 2012 and the darn alarm went off at 8 and it took me about 1 hour to get out of bed. I had a quick cuppa and a “TUNA & ONION SURPRISE” ® before I left for Chakrit  Muay Thai Gym.
It was very hot and I had almost emptied my bottle of  water before I had changed to my boxing shoes. So I had to buy a  few bottles on water after a few rounds. And I had to ask for credit as I didn't have my valet with me. No problem, I pay next time around.
Friday night was spent at Bangkok Fight Club so I was able to go to Chakrit, much better than to stay home in bed with a hangover. And not to talk about how much
 club than at a pub drinking beer.
We did a few rounds with the pads and the exercise was quite OK even though I was stiff and sore from all the jumping around at Bangkok Fight Club yesterday. Yes, it was a very hard session yesterday evening, the only thing missing was the Thai Navy exercises and I can feel it today.
I spent an hour or so at Chakrit before I walked back home for a shower and I was off to  Bumrungrad hospital to  renew my medical examination. I  expected this to be a quick affair.
But it took hours and I experienced how a Saturday disappeared while I was waiting for the different Doctors. The first thing was to check my eyes and I looked in a machine, the very same machine they had in Manila when I made my glasses. I don't understand how it works. The Nurse never asked what I saw, same as in Manila. But I got the right glasses so it  must work. The nurse printed something from the machine.
When we finished with the machine we moved over to another machine that looked pretty much the same. I had to look in to the machine and suddenly they blow air in to my eye. - What the
- We have to blow 3 times - For what? They tested something with pressure and it was not a nice experience. When we were  finally ready we checked the blood pressure and I had to wait for the eye Doctor to be ready for me. More time passed and I was jumping up and down when finally the Nurse came to get me. I entered the Doctors office and there were horrid pictures of eyes hanging on the wall.

I almost felt to the floor and the Doctor and Nurse wondered what the foock is that  coming in to the office. I turned around and there was an equally repulsive picture hanging over the Doctors desk.

I held up my hands in front of me trying to block the ghastliness. The Doctor was about to call the Police and to throw me out. They checked my vision and then they asked me to look in to a machine and the Doctor took a piece of paper and soaked it in some fluorescent stuff and then rammed a cotton bud up my eye. - Whoa-Whoa! - It will not hurt! Yeah, sure, he tried again and he asked me for the other eye when he finished the first. Where the  foock have I ended up? First they blow air in to my eyes and then the shove a cotton bud up my eye.
It was nice to leave the Doctor and while I was outside waiting for the Ear Doctor there was a beautiful girl coming in to the waiting room. She looked like she was going to throw herself over me.  I could not stop looking at her, there was something special with her. I walked around trying to look like I was looking at the decoration of the waiting room. - Hmm, this was a nice wall paper
But I was looking at her all the time. Well, they called me for my ear check up and I was told to wait outside the room for the test. I came around the  corner and there she was again, the beautiful girl. This time it was only the 2 of us and when a Nurse brought her some papers she looked happy. The Nurse left and as the Dare Devil I am I dared to talk to her.
- Is it OK? She looked happy so the answer was obvious. Well, I could not stop thinking about her when she  left. And where the foock is the Ear Doctor to do my audiometry? Well, let's go kill some time flirting with the Nurses hanging around the desk around the corner. All the Nurses pointed at one beautiful Nurse and they told me that she wanted a foreign boyfriend. I asked why and, well, I was out of there before she had a chance to elaborate.
When it was finally my turn for the audiometry I had spent more than 2 hours at the darn hospital. I finished the audiometry and it was time to check my hearing. First test: Clear perception of normal whispering at 1 meter distance. The Nurse started to whisper at me. - Are you married? - How old are you? Then we moved over to check my perception of normal conversation, 1m, 2m and at 4 meters distance. So of course, we started at 4 meter. - Do you want a girl friend? - What the is this?
Luckily enough I passed the 4 meter test, if I had to go through the 1 and 32 meters test as well I   might have ended up married.
I went to see the Doctor again and I got me medical certificate and they told me to go to the 2nd floor to pay the bill. 2985 Baht to check the hearing and vision, well, I call it day light robbery.
A full afternoon and 2985 Baht for medical  examination I could have done for 400 Baht in a few minutes. I left the place and I went outside to get a taxi. Of course, no taxi and it started to rain and here I was walking around with my medical examination. If I don't find a taxi real quick my medical examination will turn in to pulp.
I was lucky and I found a taxi and we were son on Sukhumvit Soi 23 and I asked the driver to drop me at the Banana leaf kitchen restaurant. They are redecorating the restaurant, good, the kitchen was real nasty and was in a need of redecoration. I used to eat there several years ago, but I gave it up. I'm a wee bit sensitive when it comes to kitchen and cleanliness. If I can't see the kitchen it is no problem. And every time I pass the restaurant. - Are you hungry? - No thanks' - You must have something to eat! And it goes on and on and I usually have to run away. Just to look at some of the kitchens around  Thailand is enough to make me sick. And I'm very lucky that I look like a human balloon.
- No thanks', I'm on diet! Instead of nagging and persuasion it is admiration, support and good advices. Well, instead of turning right towards my home I turned left towards Tohkai for some sushi. I ordered 3 plates of salmon/ avocado sushi in sesame seeds and 2 glasses of fresh orange juice. Something obviously went wrong with my order and I got 5 plates of sushi. Lucky that sushi is  healthy. I paid my bill and I walked home still thinking about the girl I meet at the hospital. Why can't I stop thinking about her? Then suddenly on my way to 7 Eleven it hit me.
I was on dinner with her exactly 2 years ago, on the 6th of April 2010 according to my pictures. I'm 99,99999% sure it was her. This was the reason for me to look at her and to think about her all the time. I recognised her, and it might as well explain why she looked like she wanted to throw herself over me. TO KILL  ME!! Or at least to give me a jolly good beating.
I stopped at 7 Eleven on my way home and I bought 2 cases of San Miguel Light. The girls at 7 Eleven could not believe their eyes. - Can you carry those? Yeah, if you don't break the cases to scan the cans. I walked back home with my cases and when I stepped inside my apartment the Saturday was almost to an end and that was good news. No beer and no hangover tomorrow. I can go to buy hangover DVDs to last me for a few months tomorrow. Well when I stepped inside my door it was not only the Saturday that had come to an end. The month of March 2012 was coming to an end and we swing right over to a hopefully exciting April in the year of our Lord 2012.
